The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
Computer literacy
Three (3) years of managerial experience with proven leadership ability in a spa, retail or professional setting
Must be enthusiastic, personable, and ambitious
Able to hire, direct and train staff

This is a hands-on management position, which reports directly to the President. This position will oversee all inventory/shipping activities. This is a fast paced, deadline oriented position that requires multi-tasking, analysis & time management skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Experience
• Ability to Manage/Delegate Multiple Tasks (i.e. locating stock, updating inventory system, providing shipping/freight quotes & shipping labels)
• Comprehensive understanding of commonly used PC programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, Endicia, World Ship, etc.)
• Proficient in UPS/USPS shipping programs
• Pulling, Packing & Shipping fragile items
• Demonstrated ability to work competently & efficiently under pressure and within deadlines
• Project Management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate & work with others
• Organized, detailed oriented & reliable
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing Daily Operations of Warehouse
• Customer Service (e-mail correspondence & speaking with customers via telephone)
• Data Entry of Shipping Orders & Ticket Processing
• Maintaining inventory in an organized manner
• Updating Computerized Inventory Management
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs (Use of Pallet Jack to move heavy items)
• Ordering of Shipping Supplies
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned

You must be able to multi-task and grow these sites by surrounding yourself with the right people. We will provide you the tools and resources but YOU must be able to execute our projects and not procrastinate. You must also understand the urgency in accomplishing tasks quickly and efficiently . We need someone that clearly understands and appreciates the unique and gifted timing of our opportunity as well as the urgency in accomplishing the necessary tasks needed in growing a web site.
