A Two-Day Workshop-Retreat
Dates: May 17-18 2008
Introductory class and demonstration on Friday the 16th, 7pm-9pm
Workshop-Retreat: Saturday and Sunday, May 17&18 10am-5pm
Let Breema bodywork and exercises nurture your body, mind, and heart
as you release tension and practice the art of being present.
Learn and practice a series of dynamic Breema bodywork sequences and
Self-Breema exercises, and discover how the universal principles of Breema can
support harmony and understanding in any aspect of your life.
Led by certified Breema instructors Denise Berezonsky (co-author of Self Breema: Exercises for Harmonious Life, and Associate Director of the Breema Clinic in Oakland, CA), Linda Hedquist and Carol Patterson, this workshop will offer a two-day immersion into the health-enhancing, rejuvenating, and vitalizing Breema atmosphere.
Location: Zen Shiatsu Chicago · 825A Chicago · Ave Evanston, IL
(just south of Main St. El stop)
Tuition: $225 ($200 if paid by May 1). Friday evening donation: $10
One day options are available for those who can't make the whole weekend.
Who: Anyone interested in being more present in their life.
Especially bodyworkers, dancers, meditators, musicians, martial arts and yoga practitioners.
CEUs Available: The Breema Center is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a Continuing Education Provider.
