Tom is absolutely RIGHT. When that woman was in charge of HP, I got a letter from her regarding a problem I had with one their printers. I requested free inkers because of all the ink I wasted trying to fix the problem. Their products destruct on the 366th day of ownership.
Now they won't even talk to you unless you buy their product warranty for $100 a year or $49 per phone call for 14 days.
I have a Canon now, and those guys are a lot of fun to talk to. I couldn't find a replacement inker because they changed the size and had to call them. They are American and speak English like it's their first language.
Another one to avoid is BROTHER. I couldn't find replacement inkers after 2 months of buying it, and they said the inker is no longer being made and it wasn't refillable.But for $130 in 10-14 business days they would send me a comparable model.
