The knowledge of the software's listed above are a must, we are not interested in training.<br>

Other requirements:<br>
- Experience with large cabinetry/millwork projects<br>
- Solid understanding how cabinetry, furniture, and millwork are built and installed<br>
- Generating construction drawings for our craftsman and installers<br>

You will manage/execute construction, field training and system commissioning.  Your qualifications must include:<br>
·	B.S. in Engineering (M.Sc. or MBA desired) <br>
·	A minimum of five years experience in engineering, design, ESCO and/or consulting in energy analysis or energy efficiency projects.  <br>
·	Demonstrated ability to analyze and quantify energy and operational needs, use and savings projections. <br>
·	Experience with facility steam operations and installation projects involving boiler plants, HVAC retrofit and industrial processes.<br>
·	Experience with measurement and verification, project cost accounting and estimating.<br>
·	Financial planning and budget experience, with the ability to develop a business proposal.<br>
·	Excellent oral, written, computer communication and presentation skills.<br>

Desired attributes include construction/field experience, familiarity with CAD and related software.<br>

This position requires professional registration or CEM designation.  Successful applicants should already possess certification or be able and willing to obtain them within 2 years of joining company.<br>
