Candidate will be responsible for the following duties, among others:
Responsibilities
Oversee and guide further development of website to meet goals.
Manage websites to update and improve content, including new landing pages.
Develop & execute ongoing campaign through blogging & social media tools.
Develop, maintain & improve automated e-mail response campaign for new inquiries.
Maintain and build e-mail marketing database. Develop and execute systematic and ongoing campaign to those prospects.
Manage various ongoing listings & advertisements on third-party websites. Evaluate & implement new advertising venues to develop new inquiries/leads.
Respond to daily inquiries & follow-up with prospects to help close sales via telephone &/or e-mail.
Oversee production of print media, manage postcard mailing program and other periodic mailing programs, if applicable.
Research & analyze competition & opportunity.
Suggest and make improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist with other office administrative duties as required.
