Highwood – The Alley Highwood, Chicagoland’s newest live music venue, party destination and social hub, announces its May and June 2008 weekly schedule of specials. A multi-use leisure entertainment facility located in Highwood, Illinois, The Alley was most recently known as Highwood Lanes and has been a North Shore staple since 1949. Recapturing its 1970s persona as a concert hall for popular music groups including The Ramones and Cheap Trick (then called Minstrel’s Alley), top name music artists once again headline at The Alley.
