The Compounding Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for performing daily pharmacy compounding and dispensing procedures under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. This position will be responsible for administering minimally invasive cosmetic procedures under the general direction of the Medical Director.
This position can be full-time or on a contractual basis.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Treat client following the medical director’s standing medical orders
- Charting the treatment details the same day

CPC Pathology, an anatomic pathology laboratory located in Libertyville, Illinois is in need of an individual to be the Manager of laboratory functions for our evening operation.
The duties of the position will be:
• Managing and overseeing all aspects of the evening specimen accessioning process and personnel, including scheduling, reviewing performance, providing guidance for performance improvement, and interviewing all prospective candidates.
• Managing and overseeing the evening specimen processing operation and personnel, including scheduling, providing guidance on the following of procedural guidelines, and interviewing all prospective candidates.
• Provide guidance for evening personnel on questions arising from specimen requisitions, including discerning nomenclature questions, missing information, and resolving other issues prior to completion.
• Oversee the maintenance of supplies for the accessioning and processing areas.
• Troubleshoot issues which may arise with the LIS system associated with the accessioning and processing areas.
• Learn and become proficient with the entire accessioning and gross data entry areas; perform, nightly, a portion of the data entry workload; and review all entered data for correctness.
• Implementing improvements and updates to current workflow.
• Training new employees and cross-training current employees, as required.
• Other tasks, to be determined, based on experience level and needs of the organization. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: cytology and bone marrow processing.
The requirements we are looking for:
• Prior experience in an anatomic pathology reference laboratory setting or hospital would be preferable.
• Previous experience with both specimen accessioning and specimen processing in an anatomic pathology setting would be preferable.
• Experience in the preparation of bone marrow cases (core biopsies; smears).
• Experience in the preparation of non-gyne cytology specimens.
• Previous management experience in a laboratory setting would be desirable but not a requirement to be considered for the position.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Good computer skills.
The position is a Monday through Friday part/time position with hours from 5:30PM through approximately 11:30PM, or until the end of the evening accessioning and processing. The position may lead to a full time status.

Caregivers needed for Live-In Work or Hourly (Morning/Afternoon/Night)

-Be responsible for the writing and creating of all restorative programs for each individual resident.
-Oversee and supervise restorative aides.
-Complete various sections of the MDS that pertain to the restorative program.
-Attend Medicare and various care plan meetings as they arise.
-Assess each individual resident's restorative needs and help construct both short term and long term goals based on the assessment.
Requirements:
Must be either a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Illinois.
Rehab Certification a must.
At least 1 year experience as a Restorative Nurse in a long term care facility.
~ Experienced, A.B.O. Certification preferred.
~ Able to successfully provide great customer service to multiple customers.
~ Familiarity with lensometry, tonometry and other pre-testing such as Fields Fundus and Ocular Photography a plus.
~ Fluency in Spanish, Polish and Russian put you in the lead.
