Artist couple looking for a lease to buy loft or large living/working space. My wife is moving into the next step as an artist and we require a large space for her to be able to work on larger pieces. We are both employed and work from our apartmnet and would continue to work after our move to the new location. Require elevator building and off street parking. No pets. References upon request.
