ABOUT ME: I�m a 28 year-old gay male graduate student at Northwestern studying Sociology. I am originally from Los Angeles, but have lived in Washington, DC for the last eight years. During that time, I have lived in several different housing environments (twice in a house with eight other people), so I find myself adaptable in virtually every environment. I am omnivorous (although I am rather respectful of vegetarians), non-smoking, attitude-free (despite having lived in DC) and rather gregarious (although I can imagine that I will spend a great deal of time studying). I am relatively clean (unless stressed, and even in those situations, I find cleaning therapeutic) and very responsible (rent and utilities will always be paid timely, usually ahead of schedule).

As far as hobbies go, I am a huge movie aficionado, especially when it comes to the Oscars; I have an extensive film collection, which continues to grow at an exponential rate (I am trying to collect all of the Academy Award Best Picture winners). I also enjoy cooking, writing, conversing with friends on Sunday afternoons, and entertaining (small gatherings as opposed to large parties), and I am developing a taste for working out on more than a semi-regular basis.

I have lived in Evanston for two years now with a great roommate and look forward to the possibility of moving to Chicago, but as a third-year graduate student, I can imagine that I will lack much of a social life if I live alone, and so I hope to find interesting people who can keep me on my toes.
