National real estate investment firm specializing in the manufactured home business has an opening for a Human Resources Manager at their corporate office. This position is a true generalist position and requires someone who can multi task in a fast paced environment.
This position is a stand alone HR person who handles all HR functions, including payroll, for an employee group of about 130 employees in 11 states. Duties include:
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Handle all employee matters to include workers comp, unemployment, benefits, pre-employment testing, termination processing, etc.
Complete bi weekly payroll via payroll vendor / accounting software
Conduct compliance training
Maintain employee and employment records
Review and recommend policy changes
Travel to our locations nationwide as needed
Position requirements:
5 - 7 years of previous hr experience in a multi state environment, Including payroll processing
1 - 3 years of HR management experience
Prefer candidate with one person HR office experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Excellent computer skills required
Base Salary: $60 -65k
