Daily Provision:
Each day we will set aside time for healthy meals and snacks (organic fruits, vegetables, homemade meals, whole grains, etc), storytime, movement to music, walks and playtime at the neighborhood parks, daily nap (as needed), messy play, and ongoing cuddling and talking together. Weekly provision will include story hour at the local library and age appropriate field trips/ exploration.

After working for us for almost two years, Margarita has become an important part of our family. Besides being quite responsible, she is also patient, loving, energetic, and smart. With our younger daughter, who is 6, she plays soccer, does arts and crafts projects, goes to the park and the beach, reads books, goes for walks, takes trips to the library and museums, plays board games, and supervises play dates. (She is always happy to have extra children in the house.) Our older daughter, who is 13, appreciates Margarita's willingness to drive her wherever she wants to go—to a friend's house, skating, the movies, Panera, etc.
Besides taking care of our children, Margarita has also been indispensable around the house. She does our grocery shopping (while the kids are at school), the kids' laundry, and generally keeps things picked up. We have a regular cleaning service, but Margarita often sweeps the floor, cleans the countertops and sinks, etc. I have never once heard her complain about any of the errands we’ve asked her to run, and in fact, she is always offering to do more for us.
My husband and I are both college professors who work full-time, and we have deeply appreciated Margarita's intelligence, her kindness, and her love of children. We never worry about our daughters when we’re at work because we know how seriously she takes her responsibility for them. She is a safe driver; she’s always on time; she’s very flexible if we ask her to come a little early or stay late; and she has almost never missed a day of work because of illness. We have been extremely fortunate to have her as part of our lives. Our two daughters love her and will miss seeing her every day.
