Area Manager has primary responsibility for ensuring that all assigned stores/accounts are properly supervised, staffed, maintained, equipped and supplied.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Visit stores daily/weekly.
• Ensure that all assigned stores are properly staffed and supplied
• Manage Staffing Level: train and coach the crew, including all replacement staff, on assigned accounts; document the training
• OSHA standards and documentation
• Schedule the Crew to meet store requirements
• Biweekly, review the payroll on Company time keeping system
• Perform monthly custodial evaluations
• Schedule, supervise and inspect all project work in assigned locations
• Develop and refine workload assignments for all personnel under their direction.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge in construction, maintenance, repair / installations,
-Plumbing and electrical experience a plus
• Knowledge in Commercial/Retail Cleaning
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Own transportation *Road Warriors wanted*
• Excellent communication and people skills
