Daily cleaning of building and grounds (mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying of trash cans, cleaning restrooms, etc.) with a sensitivity to appearance and safety
Daily check with Supervisor for request of services (room set-ups, deliveries and other special needs)
Report problems encountered in the course of completing tasks
Report needed information for which work orders might be prepared
Report supply and equipment needs
Ground duties, which may include snow removal, salting, emptying of trashcans, picking up litter, etc.
Performs additional custodial duties and assignments as requested
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of one (1) year custodial or related experience
Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff
Must be available to work weekends
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Experience with janitorial cleaning equipment a plus
We respond to water damages 24 hours per day, 7 days a week: therefore, our employees must be able to work flexible hours and be on – call.
Applicants must be able to perform strenuous physical work (sometimes in hot, cold, dirty, and/or wet conditions). There will be many times you will have to lift and/or move heavy objects.

• Must be able to work with a respirator on occasion, and pass our drug screening and background check
• Overtime is required often and uniform shirts are provided from day one
This is general office cleaning including emptying trash cans, cleaning rest rooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc. You will need a car, a driver's license and auto insurance. Essential Functions:
• Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Ability to work in extreme cold and extreme heat

• No insulation experience required, but preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION
The job starts on December 2, 2009 and ends on December 6, 2009. Hours of work will be 9:00am to 3:00pm. You will drive approx. 75 miles per day for 5 consecutive days and for an average of 6 hours per day. You will be given a specific route to drive each day. Each route will list multiple addresses. You will drive to each address to assess its potential worth (i.e. condition, location, etc) and to capture one digital picture of the property (captured from the road). If necessary, you will be trained in advance on how to assess a properties potential worth.
REQUIREMENTS
You will need a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle. You will also need a cell phone (that you can use hands-free) and a digital camera. You must be a licensed, skillful, and experienced driver capable of navigating traffic safely and proficiently. You must also be able to read street addresses, follow driving directions on a street map, and listen to verbal instructions given to you by a live operator via your cell phone.
COMPENSATION
I will pay you $300.00 for 30 hours of work (@$10 per hour) PLUS $75.00 for traveling 375 miles (@$0.25 per mile). Anything more or less will be calculated at $10 per hour and $0.25 per mile.
