In this role, you will be responsible for supporting up to three busy attorneys with helping to create and edit their documents, scheduling depositions, organizing court files, using the Dictaphone, interfacing with clients and many other administrative functions. You will need to have a minimum of two years experience as a legal secretary, be extremely well organized, possess exceptional organizational skills, have a keen eye for detail, and strong computer skills. Knowledge of the courts, an ability to work with quick turnaround times, and exceptional communication skills are also mandatory to be successful.
