Local Insurance Agency is seeking an engaged and professional Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The position has the following essential job requirements:

Must have a professional demeanor with a pleasant phone voice
General Office duties including filling, creating and entering reports, assisting customers, sales and marketing experience
Ability to multitask
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and change directions quickly
Deadline driven
Strong focus on customer service
The successful candidate must possess excellent computer skills and be willing to adapt and learn internal office programs and systems.
Team work and positive attitude are a must
Previous insurance/sales support experience of at least 3 years is preferred
College Graduate highly preferred
