Entrepeneur is looking for an administrative assistant to work in home-office on far north side of Chicago.. Duties include preparing correspondence, answering telephone calls, sorting mail, filing, maintaining e calendar and contact list, household management, internet research, reconciling bank accounts, coordinating travel arrangements and helping with other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Extremely organized with attention to detail and accuracy and excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task, trouble shoot, work in a fast environment and solve problems.
Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Highly motivated, self-starter, enthusiastic and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to handle confidential materials.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
