Permanent Secretary/Admininstrative Assistant needed for small CPA firm. Prefer part-time, full time considered. Looking for candidate with at least 3-5 years of secretarial experience working in a public accounting environment. Various duties required, but strong expertise in colating financial statements and various tax returns; computer experience required in word processing (Word Perfect and/or Microsoft Word); Excel and/or Lotus; and other varied accounting related programs. Needs to be a strong self-starter, with a positive attitude, and be a good commuicator, able to take on a range of duties in managing a small office. Paraprofessional experience in Payroll/payroll taxes and bookkeeping helpful. Data entry and some reception will also be involved.
