The ideal candidate will possess OUTSTANDING organizational and multitasking skills as well as EXTREMELY strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients and customers a must!<br>

Responsibilities include: <br>
- Assist project managers and marketing director, copy and distribute <br>
   materials, and track other editorial and marketing processes.<br>
- Perform typical office manager duties for an office of under 10 in-house <br>
   staff. <br>
- Perform office support duties as designated, e.g., answer phones, provide <br>
   customer service to callers, handle sales rep and other shipping requests,<br>
   follow up with web site requests, process incoming payments, manage overall <br>
   office functions.<br>
- Maintain organized database of all current and potential customers. <br>
- Manage logistical arrangements for local/regional conferences.<br>
- Format and execute regular email newsletters.<br>
- Format and execute email blasts to designated markets as needed.<br>
- Manage and update content on web site.<br>
- Process customer orders. <br>
- Track inventory of marketing materials and re-order from warehouse as needed.<br>
- Follow up with accounts receivable as needed.<br>
- Follow up with leads after local and national conferences as designated by <br>
   director of sales.<br>

Requirements:<br>
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access (or similar software), <br>
   and email programs. <br>
- Knowledge of PowerPoint a plus.<br>
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related area is preferred. <br>
- Previous industry experience is a plus.<br>

This is a temp-to-hire position. The temporary rate is $16/hr. and the permanent salary is between $32-34,000. <br>

Qualifications:										<br>
