THERE IS BEARING NOISE,

I suspect the common countershaft needle bearing, but haven't opened the case to know for sure. I've done a couple of them, but dont have the tools/time to do it at this time. Its roughly a $30 bearing from Honda.

I'm asking $250. Somewhat firm on the price (if you pick it up soon, I may hook you up). These transmissions easily go for $350 in good shape with the same mileage.

No trades, etc. Cash only, definately no personal checks.

Ford, Short-Box Cap-top, 1996 & Prior (Vernon HIlls, IL) $55

SWISS brand, high-cap top. It fits a Ford 1996 & prior, short box F-150. full-size truck. $55.00

(NOTE: Does NOT fit 1997 - 2010 models)

(It was on a 1995 F-150 Super-Cab, Short-Box model.)

The top measures 84" (7 feet) long X 72" (6 feet) wide. and 28" or so tall (measured at the very bottom, where it would mount to the box, and out to the outside edges:

As seen in the pictures, it's white in color

Has a sliding front window (the one between the cab and the box)

Has two windows on each side (the forward one on each side is also sliding, and each have a screen)

Lift back glass, has a left & right support struts, a rubber gasket seal at the bottom of the lift-gate (to seal the lift-gate and tail-gate,) and has a single center mounted locking handle (working and key is included)

It comes with an unused third brake-light, (it was just never mounted / installed) and four mounting clamps.
Overall it's in pretty good condition. The only negative is, while it was being moved once, it slipped and fell on on the drivers side rear corner. ....in the process it caused a three -four inch crack along the bottom flange and side.

When it is mounted on the box and is clamped down into position, it doesn't appear to be problem. I think you could probably spread some seam-sealer into the crack to prevent any water entry. It was never a functional issue for me, ...but it could be permanently repaired by adding some reinforced along the top of the flange and the bottom of the side panel near the crack, ...and then layering in some fiberglass matting.

(NOTE: This top does NOT fit 1997 - 2010 models)
