Growing multifamily investment/management company seeking qualified acquisitions analyst. Ideal candidate will have minimum of 3 yrs. real estate investment analysis and acquisition experience. A degree in real estate finance or accounting a plus. Candidate should be familiar with identifying suitable acquisition candidates, analyzing cash flow statements, preparing financial projections, and procuring financing. Good communication skills a must. This position will entail some travel.
