Candidate must have a car and must be willing to do light driving to take property photos and neighborhood photos.
PC platform only and a huge benefit if knowledgeable with video, basic HTML, In-design, Dreamweaver and or Illustrator.
Responsibilities and recurring activities:
Required, but not limited to, executing marketing activities associated with real estate listings both online and in print.
Create and review ad copy, manage listing checklist
Take photos of homes, photo editing and creating supplemental marketing from photos
Resizing and enhancing photos; uploading to various mediums for exposure
Adding listings to social media marketing sites, classified ads sites and many more sites like Realtor.com, Trulia.com, etc.
Enhancing listing on various sites as directed
Creating videos for properties, communities and the company
Creating virtual brochures, e-brochures, print copy, direct mail copy, video slideshows, photo gallery (all of these items have templates already made so it is plug and play!)
Posting online ads to craigslist, postlets and various social mediums as directed
Candidate should be internet and tech savvy with skills in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Office 2007.
Placing ads online, reporting on web hits for our listings and sending to our clients
Marketing campaign assistance; marketing our real estate listings is the priority focus of this position.
