This position requires a valid driver's license and high school diploma; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
Two to Five years of retail experience with management background is also preferred.
The Store Manager is responsible for managing and directing the daily operation of a retail store including customer service, sales, and inventory control. Responsible for all activity that takes place in his/her store including full profit and loss accountability. Encourages, motivates, and leads store team by example to achieve sales and operational quotas, while building the business. Coaches and supervises the activities of assigned staff, cashiers, sales associates and keyholders providing employees with constant feedback, constructive criticism and praise.
