One bedroom for rent in a three-level farmstyle house in Northern Evanston. The house is on a huge plot of land that is fully fenced in and shares a border with a park. Hello. We have a bedroom available in our three bedroom/one bath apartment. Our apartment is located on the border of Evanston and Skokie. The space is a little on the smaller side, but you might be able to put a queen bed in it. It has a closet and has many windows. There is a working radiator in the room, but we admit that it is a little cold. A space heater would work great in the area. Plus there are built in shelves in your room. The apartment is in a two flat and we live on the second floor. The apt. includes a washer and dryer located in the basement. We currently have RCN wireless internet and cable (something like 100+ channels). Also, we have an xbox 360 that we occasionally jam out to rock band on.

The apartment itself is huge. We have a living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. There is plenty of street parking, but you do need a Skokie parking sticker which is about 20 dollars. There is also plenty of public transportation. My roommate and I will be paying 100 dollars more than you because we have the two parking spaces in the back.

The cost: It�s 350 a month plus a 350 deposit and 25 dollars for a background/credit check. You will be on the lease which runs till October 2010. Our land lords are two very nice ladies. If we ever have a problem we just let them know and they usually look into it within a couple days. We would be splitting the bills evenly three ways. Our bills are electric, RCN (cable and internet), and cooking gas. The most you�ll ever have to pay is around 60 dollars for the bills, but usually it�s cheaper than that.
The Roommates: Two very nice young ladies. One roommate is 34 and works in the science field. She has a boyfriend and he comes over a couple times a week. She is very involved in her church and is a vegan. The other roommate works in advertising and is 27. She is a bit of a nerd and is home often, but does her thing. She is a meat eater. We aren�t super clean freaks, but we keep the common areas tidy. We don�t have a party place and prefer it a bit quiet and mellow although we do occasionally have friends over.
We can work with you on the move in date. If you want to move in immediately or in a month or two we can work that out. Our main concern is finding the right roommate for us.

Apartment is located on the South side of Evanston, 2 minutes from the purple line and 10 minutes from the beach.
