I'm looking for advice/help on planning a good work out routine. Do you know any good websites for such purpose? I work out frequently but want to put together a routine where I can make it a more planned weekly workout. i.e,, I want a more formal routine for working body parts, then resting the muscles. For example, chest, and legs, M, Th, arms and shoulders T, W, cardio and abs 4X a week. But with specific exercises, and timing more formal.

So I've sat here and read through some of the posts here on CL. Gotta say I haven't really seen anything that "wowed" me. Most either sound to good to be true, overly desperate, or like they've got serious issues and are trying to wrangle some poor shmuck into something.

I'm a grad student with roughly fifty bucks left to my name until my new loans come in for next semester. I'm tired of never being able to go out for being broke, and would love to meet new folks in the city, too! So you should suggest free fun things to do around the city and surroundings, or be willing to take me out. I'm not gold-digging, I just want to be able to go out to a movie, or a museum, or dinner, or whatever, without worrying about if I'll be able to pay my bills at the end of the month if I do.

I'm a hippie-ish dork who likes sitting around playing games with people. No, not drama-filled mind games; board games, card games, roleplaying games, video games... you get the idea. I'm maybe 90% vegetarian and love to cook (though time for cooking has taken a serious hit with being in grad school). I'm pretty quiet on my own, but can (and love to) wreak havoc and mayhem when paired up with the right personality. I love trying new, random, and spontaneous things (although maybe also less spontaneous while I'm busy with grad school). I grew up on the east coast and am a recent-ish transplant. I love doing outdoorsy things in warm weather, and can sometimes be coerced to also do outdoorsy things in cold weather. Friends and lovers have tried to convince me that I'm "cute" and have been marginally successful. I'm sure there's tons more about me to say, but you can find out over dinner. Or coffee. Or something.

You should be somewhat outgoing, to balance out my quieter nature. Be quirky, and outside the range of normalcy. Sub-cultures and fringe cultures please apply. You don't do what you're "supposed" to do. You know what makes you happy, and you seek to achieve it. You're always striving to be a better person. You want to change the world for the better: through political action, social service, art, music, or just smiling at the people you see on the train every day. You're intelligent, but not necessarily educated or intellectual. You're passionate about something (what doesn't really matter).

NO SEX. If it's something that develops naturally, OVER TIME, that's one thing, but I'm pretty picky.
