Short walking distance from the lake, the el/metra (1 minute walk from Noyes station on the purple line!), Northwestern campus (2 blocks), restaurants, and everything Evanston's got to offer. Street parking is also very easy. Wood floors and located on the 3rd floor. Internet could be made available for an additional 100/month. Utilities will run an additional 30 bucks a month. Furnished with a table and a queen size bed. Living room has a fold down bed so it can be made for 2 people to live in but would require an additional $150 per month.
Looking for a quiet, clean and responsible subletter who will enjoy and appreciate the apartment. It is available from mid June til mid August. My lease ends mid August, therefore long-term rental might be available afterwards.
