I am subletting my 650 sq/ft study for the last 5 months on my lease. I am moving away for business and need someone to sublet for me. The start date is May 31st. This unit is located at 401 W. Fullerton. This unit includes the basic kitchen, bathroom and actually has a room that fits a full size bed where my current bed is now. This place has been great huge closet for storage and clothes. This building has a 24 hr doorman, exercise room, bike room, and laundry room. This unit is on the 7th floor of a 18 floor building.
