We are currently seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to act as a second level support resource to our clients. This person would work with our Policies and Procedures product.

Responsibilities:

• With Training provide 2nd level production support to clients via phone, live meetings and occasionally on-site. Drive the prompt resolution to issues by troubleshooting, monitoring status of tasks, and following issues through to completion.
• Perform setup tasks to aid in client implementations.
• Provide regular and frequent status updates, communicating project progress, issues, risks, and other pertinent information to management and clients.
• Deliver software training via phone and web meetings to customer support staff, focusing on screen functionality, navigation, and troubleshooting.
• Build client relationships and directly contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
• Gather customer requirements for additional product enhancements.
• Act as back-up for production customer specialist by managing and applying edits to client manuals.

Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of customer support or technical support
• Computer Skills: MS Office Suite, HTML, XML, Access database
• Strong customer service skills and ability to analyze and quickly assess customer needs and requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Comfortable working, learning and applying knowledge in a changing environment.
• Financial industry knowledge a plus.
