Women who have taken LUPRON needed for study (Evanston Northwestern Healthcare)

Lupron is a medication that can be used to treat pelvic pain. We hope to understand how women tolerate this medication and learn more about how it is used. The Evanston Northwestern Healthcare (ENH) Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is recruiting women to fill out a survey about their general health and their Lupron experience.
To be eligible:
-Age 18 – 55
-Used Lupron for pelvic pain
Study involves completing one 10-15 minute questionnaire. Compensation is provided.
