GENERAL SUMMARY:
GearXS.com is seeking a full time Marketing/ Advertising professional to help expand their online presence. GearXS.com is an online computer components B2B and B2C reseller focused on building consumer business relationships through direct marketing, Pay Per Click Advertising, and search based web marketing.
We are seeking a creative professional to assist in developing new and innovative means of generating site traffic and maintaining current marketing strategies.

***MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR PRIOR ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE***

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain and update inventory and product details to ensure correct markets are engaged and current.
• Identify, recommend, and develop plans for potential market opportunities through market research.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Department to implement new advertising strategies.
• Work collaboratively with purchasing and sales departments in implementing product strategy and launching new products.
• Research and interpret business and audience trends; translate these trends into successful programs

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• A minimum of 1 year experience in an Ecommerce environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop and deliver presentations to Senior Management and the entire organization.
• Must have demonstrated research and analytic skills, as well as the ability to take research data, brain storming ideas, etc. and make strategic recommendations quickly.
• Advanced knowledge of Computer Components and Accessories
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, XHTML, RSS, etc.
• Advanced understanding of business analysis tools and methods.
• Intermediate to advanced Photoshop skills a huge plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of know Ecommerce channels such as eBay.
• Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, email and Internet software.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
