Bookkeeper / HR / Payroll Specialist / Office Coordinator
Main responsibilities:
Responsibilities Include:
1. Quickbooks certified
2. Responsible for receiving all invoices sent to company by vendors and service providers and properly tracking them in Quickbooks 2010
3. Financial Document management utilizing QuickBooks 2010
4. Performing bank and credit card payments
5. Payroll management (payroll and time management is outsourced thru Paychex, management includes coordination with Paychex and providing support to employees)
6. Overseeing the basic HR function within the firm, benefits enrollment, paperwork
7. Reporting to senior management
8. 5+ years of relevant experience
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
10. Other tasks as assigned such as office supply management, ID cards management, uniforms etc.
