Reporting to the Controller, this position will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions such as A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, cash management, fleet management administration, payroll and major account reconciliations.

Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skill:
Minimum of an Associates Degree in Accounting and 5 years experience in variety of accountig functions.
Supervisory experience
Proficient in Excel and Word.
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality is critical.
Pleasant telephone demeanor and ability to communicate professionally to customers. With the ability to be persuasive with customers in regards to collections.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, commission reports and accounting laws and regulations..
