Looking for a part-time position as an Accounting Clerk in Mount Prospect, IL where you can work with a dynamic company that has been driving sales and enriching brands since 1960? You need to be an experienced Accounting Clerk with good problem solving skills, a strong customer service ethic, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a positive team spirit.
As a part-time Accounting Clerk you will allocate payments as well as reconcile and audit manufacturer and individual accounts. You will be responsible for billing clients on a weekly or as needed basis and reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis. The position also includes assisting with preparation of month-end financials and other accounting projects. Payroll experience is a plus.
You must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook programs. Great Plains experience is a plus.
