i have a 99 dodge stratus the body of the car is in great shape power windows doors key less sunroof the problem with the car is that my dad was driving home from work and the bracket that the oil filter attaches to broke off i think you have to get a bottom end of a motor to fix it may be able to weld a new one but not sure i put a socket on the crank and it turned easy so im guessing that it did not seize good mechanic project or even a donor car for a motor swap let me know what you have to trade
