OpticsPlanet, Inc has an exciting entry level opportunity for an Order Review Agent in its Risk Management Team. Order Review Agent is responsible for reviewing Customer orders to ensure that they meet all internal Compliance requirements, by enforcing the established Company policies based on rules and Regulations of various U.S. Government institutions. The Agent will be responsible for assuring that each product in a Customer order is classified by Compliance and that it is consistent with the internal, vendor-related export restrictions before going through further processing. The Order Review Agent will also conduct Customer verification, proper processing of orders, which is consistent with the products classification, and preparation of all proper shipping documents. Last but not least, as a part of the risk prevention efforts of the Team, the Agent will be responsible for enforcing the Companys Fraud Prevention policies and for following the procedures to properly handle fraudulent orders.

Primary Responsibilities:

	Review and process all international orders according to established Company processes and procedures

	Follow the Companys policy on processing export orders for restricted brands

	Generate appropriate export documentation using provided tools and following established export procedures

	Review all appropriate domestic orders and follow Company processes and procedures to ensure full compliance
<br>
	Follow Company guidelines to identify and resolve fraudulent orders
<br>
	Provide support and assistance to other Teams regarding Company Compliance procedures and Fraud Prevention

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:

	Associates degree or some completed college coursework preferred

Duties include providing effective, efficient administrative and processing service to underwriting, account, claims, billing and brokers/clients.  Other duties include review and analysis of underwriting materials, data collections, population of various IT systems/databases, processing of new and renewed business, billing and reconciliation of premiums, handling of account and collections, implementation and management of moderately complex International Insurance Programs.  This position has a client focus so it is critical to develop effective working relationships with internal and external clients.  This position requires continual development of technical and systems knowledge as well as business and insurance understanding.  Provides ongoing administration to clients by handling daily requests; resolves customer claims issues; acts as liaison regarding product, tax, assignment, conversion, enrollment questions.  Other responsibilities include a commitment to provide outstanding customer service and resolution of customer/broker requests and concerns in an efficient and upbeat manner; education of our customers/brokers on management of their account and their insurance coverage.<br>

This person will be fully accountable for managing inventory turns, obsolescence and overstocks through the management, and development of the Inventory Planning staff. Using ETAs Demand Planning and ERP/MRP software, this position will have a hands-on role in achieving balance between minimum inventory levels and maximum customer order fill rates. This position will interface with Purchasing, Product Development, Sales and Marketing, to successfully on-board new product and play an active role in Sales and Operations planning sessions to regularly monitor sales pipeline. As a leadership role, this position shall work closely with other leaders within the organization to ensure alignment of priorities and quality of services.<br>

Manage the Inventory Planning Department and related activities to support two business units.<br>

1) Assisting in developing a consensus forecast with input from statistical models, sales team and customers. <br>

Job Responsibilities:<br>
-	Supervising the daily emptying of drop boxes of Chicago operation <br>
-	Maximize and optimize tonnage of clothes collected from our collection boxes<br>
