Calling all programmers wanting to work some contract small to medium size website projects. These are smaller clients from 1 employee to 25 employee companies. These are NOT Fortune 500 Clients. If you have those programming skills that awesome, but our client sites are not at those levels, nor will they pay those prices. Our typical web projects range in pay from $100 for some simple revisions to $3000 for fully developed and programmed sites for some of our bigger clients. I want to stress again, these are NOT $10,000 sites, but we have enough of these smaller projects to keep somebody fairly busy with more projects coming in every week.
You are a great web programmer/developer with web design skills. You live for web programming and doing great work. You have above average programming knowledge and skills that include all or most of the current programming languages, flash, action script, database, php, asp, blogs, search engine optimization, e-commerce, content-management, CSS, XHTML, HTML, Javascript, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, security, interactivity and any other tools or languages that you use to develop and design websites. Your skills and your work are far more important than your education. So we will be looking at the experienced and novice programmers with a willingness to learn and improve. We are looking for all of these skills in some form and it might be we will be working with several programmers.
We are a small and growing web design studio in the northwest suburbs. We are looking to work with a web programmer that wants to GROW with us or become a Partnership Resource where we send all of our designs to be programmed for web ready work. The job will be mostly to take a layout and do the build-out to complete the entire site, building pages, adding content, flash, databases, password protected directories, logins, forms and any other content or interactivity that the site requires.
YOUR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, your RELIABILITY and your WILLINGNESS to work are far more important than your Education. There are a few requirements for the job that are equally, if not more, important than your previous work experience. These include RELIABILITY, the ability to perform UNDER PRESSURE, perform projects QUICKLY and ACCURATELY- NEVER missing a DEADLINE, the ability and understanding to take direction, CUSTOMER SERVICE above all else, COMMUNICATION skills and QUICK RESPONSE to requests, changes, emails and phone calls, WILLINGNESS to learn and working in our office a minimum of 2 times per week and meeting with us on a regular basis.
We are looking for you to be onsite and in our office. (please consider that before you respond) We are looking for an independent contractor and you will be required to sign an independent contractor agreement. The work will be paid on a per project basis, not hourly.
We are a cool company to work with. We have work. The pay is good. So if you are interested , send us your samples and description of the sites you have created or programmed and what parts you have done, why you think you’d be the best programmer for the job and an optional resume, if you wish. Let us know the skills you have. We are looking for creativity and great programming skills but it is very important to us that you are easy to work with exceptional work ethics. We want to build a relationship with great business communication with 1 or 2 programmers that we can rely on. We are moving into bigger office space so it will be a great atmosphere to get some good clients and make some money. But your commitment to quality is what we are looking for.
