My bright, responsive, and eager to learn 10 year old daughter needs a tutor to help her with talking, socializing, and reading. She is sweet, friendly, and very easy to discipline. But she is shy and has speech delays. She picks up information quickly and has a good memory, but she needs help breaking down and understanding the material she learns in school. Help is primarily needed during weekends.

My 13 year old has special needs but she is very intelligent and learns well. Her primary area of disability is her speech and communication, and hence she prefers working on her computer. She needs to be encouraged to get away from the computer and communicate more. She is completely independent in all other aspects of her life. She needs someone who is motivated to work with her disability.

I am looking for enthusiastic and active persons, who like to be around kids and who are genuinely interested in achieving the goals we have set for both my daughters.

Both of them attend school during the day, regular school hours. Work will sometimes follow school curriculum and we have a summary plan of what we have been using in the past. Applicants should also be willing to take my daughters to and from any classes which are in the immediate vicinity, trips to the library, parks in the summer and other community trips.

This position will be on full payroll and will get a W-2 at the end of the year.
