Project Manager
Job Skill Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of thermoplastic part design, processing, and moldbuilding (MINIMUM 5 YEARS REQUIRED)
• Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering degree or related experience;
• Solidworks experience;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to work well with others
Primary Responsibilities
Program Launch Management:
• Manage new programs from start to finish:
a. Prepare quotations for new programs;
b. Coordinate customer and internal design reviews;
c. Complete design and process FMEAs;
d. Create project schedules; coordinate tooling, sampling, qualification and production;
e. Create work instructions and specifications for approved parts.
• Review existing programs; develop and implement process improvements
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
Travel required: 25%
