I need a place to stay for 2 months, if possible up to 4 months.

My marriage came to end and I had to leave my home last January. Due to our high debt and this sudden development in my life, I cannot effort to have my own place until early next year.

Like I have been doing last 7 months, I am looking for someone/family to host me ‘as guest’ in his/her/their home for the period we would agree in the beginning. I can help with utilities though.

All I need is a clean place to stay at nights.

I am extremely clean, tidy, trustworthy and respectful person. I don’t smoke, I don’t drink.

To respect your privacy and not to intercept your daily life, I don’t plan use the common areas like living room, kitchen at all. I normally come in the evening and don’t get to stay during daytime on weekends.
So, practically you would not feel someone else is living at your house.

I aim to overcome this difficult but temporary period in my life with a solution like this until early next year. So far, I was hosted by a family for 4 months and right now I am staying at my neighbors’ house.

About my personal profile:

I work in a big firm Lincolnshire area. I am -ironically- financial management professional. I am 39, originally from Mediterranean Europe. I have a 4 year old daughter, who lives with my wife, in Mount Prospect, which used to be my previous address. This is why ideally I would like to be close to see me child.

Should you to consider helping me, I would facilitate all kinds of personal and professional references as well as background check to make you feel comfortable about your decision. This would include having direct contact with the family I am currently staying.

I am working at a great job that pays well and I have no problem paying rent and bills. The problem is that I got denied an apartment because of my credit. My score is a 500 and my credit is bad. I have not been able to fix my credit because I was taking care of my mother who had breast cancer and hence the reason I have bad credit in the first place.

I will be taking care of my credit now but I cannot find a place that will accept me in the mean time. I have my 6 yr old son with me and I need to know when I can move into a place as my living situation is only until Aug.

I get along with most anybody, and I'm alright with hanging out or keeping to myself. Due to my work and lifestyle, I need consistent internet access.
