Assistant Staffing Coordinator-HR
The worlds trusted source of non-medical services and home care for seniors is seeking a part time Staffing Assistant with the opportunity for full time. Interaction with our caregivers requires exceptional communication and organization skills. Candidate needs to enjoy working in a fast paced team oriented environment. Healthcare background a plus!!
Qualifications include strong presentation, telephone and follow up skills. Ability to multi-task is a must! Experience hiring and retaining part-time employees preferred. You will assist the staffing & recruiting department with a variety of different projects.
Must posses the following qualities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively is a must
Computer literate
Must be able to work in a fast past environment
All candidates must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
Coordinate new caregiver recruitment activities
Handle calls by perspective applicants
Schedule & conduct interviews
Conduct criminal background, CNA & reference checks
Assemble name badges & map quest for all caregivers
Update availability list for all caregivers
Drivers license, social security & employment verification checks
Miscellaneous projects as needed
On call rotation of emergency phone
Experience with multi phone line preferred.
Relief receptionist duties
