What should I expect from my nanny? Need info (Gleniew)

We pay our part-time nanny $13 per hour cash and when she leaves, the house looks like a bomb hit and all the baby bottles are dirty. I don't like to be confrontational but shouldn't it go without saying that the toys should be picked up before she leaves and perhaps the bottles she uses should be cleaned?
