This exciting and versatile role will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing department. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
• The creation/update of all Progressive Components Business Unit websites, sell sheets, and other marketing materials.
• The creation of catalog pages, and website CAD geometry updates.
• The creation of newsletters and supporting materials.
The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses creativity and talent working on a team or individually to create flyers, newsletters, and update our websites. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and writing skills. Close attention to detail is a must.
Required Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products as well as desktop publishing experience with InDesign, Illustrator and related Adobe products. MS Front Page or Expressions Website Editing or equivalent.
Warm Blankets Orphan Care is involved in rescuing orphan children in war zones and disaster areas around the world.
We are accepting applications on the intern and intermediate levels in our Orphan Rescue Operations Dept.
Be prepared to show us samples of your work.
Knowledge of the Bible and other cultures are a real plus. Your team is dedicated and passionate about serving orphans.
The position is paid, and the work is on a temporary, as-needed basis. Work would be preferably done onsite at our Arlington Heights office in the northwest suburbs of Chicago; any additional offsite work is conditional on the experience of the applicant.
