Countryside Church Unitarian Universalist is seeking a sexton. This is a part time position, approximately 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include:
-Cleaning the facility regularly
-Maintaining the facility, related assets, and surrounding property
-Maintaining maintenance equipment and janitorial supplies
-Performing minor repairs
-Scheduling and coordinating repair service personnel
This position requires significant flexibility, including irregular evening and weekend hours as required by events. 20 hours per week, with the possibility of extra hours as may be needed to support events such as weddings, funerals, and parties. Experience in facility maintenance is required.
