Office Manager

Job Description:

Seeking a motivated office manager that will handle the fast growing rental end of the real estate business at Re/max Masters. This will be a fast paced, challenging, professional environment, supporting my self and my team of 13 agents and growing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering and returning client calls. Maintaining and updating client documents and notes as directed. Preparing call sheets and call back calendar, book keeping. Taking agent calls and requests as needed. Working on special projects and other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

• Able to handle a high pressure role, working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, dealing with internal and external customers and Agents
• Experience using basic office equipment such as scanners, fax etc.
• Excellent English grammar/communication required, both verbally and written
• Software and online skills required, including MS Word, Excel, Quickbooks, Craigs list is a plus
• Great phone etiquette, and people skills
• Must be highly organized, able to prioritize.
• Able to work independently and in a team setting, as needed
• A quick learner and thinker .
