I am a female college student working on my nursing degree. I like to have fun and go out, but I am not a huge partier and am looking for someone similar. I need 2 more roommates to live with me in a brand new house that was just built in the new Liberty Lakes area (every single house is/will be brand new). The house is considered to be a part of Wauconda, but in the better Mundelein/Fremont school district. The house is about ~2,638 square feet, 4BR/2.5BA (with dual sink vanities in both), in a nice neighborhood, and on about 1/3rd an acre. The community will soon have basketball courts, tennis courts, and parks literally within walking distance. I closed November 17th, so I'd like to get 2 more roommates willing to sign a 1-year lease agreement around January 1st.

Each roommate would pay $700 each month, plus a standard 1.5-month security deposit ($1050). This monthly payment includes absolutely EVERYTHING with NO extra fees, including (but not limited to); actual rent, all utilities, all assessment fees (yes, there are fees I have to pay), unlimited 30mbps/7mbps VERY fast Internet, Comcast HD Premier Triple Play Cable with HD DVR (their BEST available package), unlimited digital Phone (cable and phone available in every room), unlimited water usage (I have a large 75-gallon water heater, so it will keep up with 4 people just fine), unlimited laundry, etc... I would take care of it all, & all you'd have to do is hand over one flat monthly payment. Upon moving out at the end of your contract, you would get your initial $1050 deposit back (unless you have done damage to the house or your room).

Each person would get their own large private bedroom with good-sized closet. Unfortunately, I do not have furniture for anyone else's bedroom besides my own. I DO have some VERY nice audio/video equipment (52" Samsung LCD HDTV, Ascend Acoustics Mid-Tower surround speakers + large subwoofer, Blu-Ray, Xbox 360, etc), a large dining room table with 6 chairs, couches and recliner, and just had brand new appliances delivered and installed (refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc) -- among other things. The bathrooms are fully stocked. In addition, I have a pool/ping-pong table, a Slam Man, and a treadmill you can use. I'll probably eventually grab a dart board and perhaps a foosball table, too. The large second-floor loft can be a second TV room, game room, or whatever we decide on -- I don't care. I have a few 802.11n (wireless-N) routers and repeaters/range extenders as well -- so you'll be able to have Internet access anywhere in the house. I'm sure there's more I am missing, LOL!

The ideal type of people I am looking for (gender, race, religion, sexual preference, etcetera does not matter to me) are:

* People in their early-20's and older (I am 26)
* Have a secure job with proof of income
* Love playing video games (PC and Xbox) and having the occasional LAN party with friends
* Are non-smokers, don't do drugs, and aren't hardcore party people (but still go out to the bar with buddies occasionally or host shindigs with friends once in awhile)
* Don't have significant others who stay over all the time and mooch off of us (once in awhile is fine, but be reasonable)
* People who are willing to help keep the place looking decent (you don't have to be a neat freak, as I sure am not one -- but I don't want to be walking over pizza boxes and telling you to clean your crap up constantly). Also, I don't want to be the only one shoveling the driveway or vacuuming the place up and such. Help out! You live there, too! (In the past, my roommates and I have also had a bi-weekly "Clean The House" day where we'd go over the whole house and clean it up quickly. I'd like to continue something like this.)
* Cats and dogs are fine, as long as they are cool, housetrained, don't shed a whole lot, and don't completely stink up the place. (I love cats and dogs -- I may end up getting a cat eventually.)
* I'd much prefer that you have no children staying at the house, please!
* Isn't overly-sensitive or politically-correct, and can take a joke and don't mind ripping on each other in good fun. Sarcasm is basically a must, LOL!
* Isn't a raging liberal, and doesn't put me down or try to change my beliefs. I am an Independent (non-Republican/non-Democrat), mostly-Conservative-viewed, non-denominational Christian (but that doesn't make me a boring prude, alright?)
* Just don't be a douchebag...

I'm sure there's more I can think of, but that should weed out any potential idiots and deadbeats. Ideally, I want "COOL NERDS" like myself! Those unafraid to be a dork -- hell PROUD to be a dork! I know a lot about computers, technology, and gadgets, am good at trivia, watch the History Channel sometimes, and quote things like Family Guy and Office Space -- yet I ride a Triumph Daytona 675 sportbike (been riding for 6-1/2 years now), have a cool car (Mazdaspeed6), actually have a girlfriend, and go to the bars once in awhile with buddies. That type of person, ya know?
