Personal Trainer Position Overview: Our personal trainers help maintain and oversee all club functions and operations. This includes but is not limited to serving members with excellence, personal training department growth, sales, working to promote good health and positive results with clients, health assessments,and anything affiliated with the growth of your client base.
Personal Trainer Requirements: Exercise prescription, monitoring exercises for members and guests, conducting client interviews, assisting in the development of club programs and events and demonstrating proper use of weight and cardiovascular equipment. The successful candidates will posses excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to effectively perform multiple tasks. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in exercise science related field or at least one major exercise certification. (NSCA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, NESTA) Prior experience administering fitness tests preferred. Applicants must have CPR/AED certifications. Our personal trainers are of the most highly paid in the nation!
Sales Manager Requirements: Candidates must be highly motivated with exceptional work ethic. The successful candidates will posses excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to effectively perform multiple tasks while working in a team environment. Prior management experience required and minimum 1 year experience in a sales position in a health club.
