Qualifications

� Produces 50 telemarketing calls with minimum 17 contacts per day
� Maintains accurate personal productivity statistics daily
� Follows all scripts verbatim, which include information calls, telemarketing, tours, presentations, etc.
� Participates in guerilla marketing and lead generation activities both through internal and external efforts
� Works every mid-month and end-of-month closeouts
� Records and reports all required statistics
� Handles membership sales inquiries
� Handles cancellation requests
� Attends New Hire Training and other training functions
� Participates in the overall safety, comfort and cleanliness of facility
� Maintains personal commitment to fitness
� Attends all mandatory meetings and functions
� Maintains highest level of professional ethics and compliance with all club rules, policies and regulations

Qualifications

PERSONAL TRAINER
� Evaluate, assess, sell and market personal training services to new and existing members
� Design personalized fitness programs to fulfill member�s fitness goals and rehabilitation services for those in need
� Integrate nutritional components into overall health and fitness program
� Educate members on proper use of equipment and fitness techniques related to strength training, conditioning, injury prevention and sports medicine
� Establish and maintain relationships to build clientele
� Member service

Required Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations. The successful candidates will posses excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to effectively perform multiple tasks. Prior experience administering fitness tests preferred. CPR, First aid, and AED certifications (must be obtained within 60 days of hire).

Required Experience
� Current Personal Training certification: ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, NPTI and APEX. NOTE: If not currently certified with one of these organizations, but do have a certification, you can start employment with an understanding that one of the certifications must be achieved within 90 days of employment.
� Outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with a diverse group of people
� Passionate about fitness and changing people's lives
� One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

GROUP EXERCISE INSTRUCTOR: Responsible for conducting safe, effective and enjoyable exercise classes by providing excellent leadership, up-to-date quality instruction and high energy motivation. The Group X Instructor educates participants about useful and safe exercises, assists them in achieving exercise goals and creates a fun workout environment for all populations. Instructor leads members through group exercise activities utilizing medicine balls, body weight exercises, aerobic movements, Olympic style weightlifting movements, low to high level plyometrics and various other styles of training.
