Senior IT Specialist
Main responsibilities:
This exciting entry level position will allow you to participate in a nationwide expansion of a successful medical services company and work with cutting edge technologies. Your work will have a direct and immediate impact on the work and progress of dozens of employees across the country.

Day to day management of multiple company-wide IT projects including, but not limited to:
1. Active Directory,
2. SharePoint,
3. Desktop Management,
4. Management of outsourced IT Services such as Exchange e-mail, web hosting etc.
5. Web Site SEO and maintenance
6. Printer Management
7. Implementation of Fax and Document Management services across the organization
8. Management and supervision of outsourced MPLS, Remote VPN and other Internet services
9. Maintenance Security and Video monitoring solution
10. Maintenance and monitoring of VOIP Asterisk based PBX system
11. Supervision, Integration and maintenance of multiple company relational SQL and Access databases.
12. Report writing and modification to suit changing company needs.
Job Requirements:
Ideal candidate will be proficient and have at least 1 year of experience with all or most of the following:
1. A variety of Microsoft technologies such as Office, SharePoint (WSS), VOIP, SQL, Relational Databases
2. Web technologies and SEO
3. Project Management
4. Multi-tasking
5. Good organizational and communication skills
