We are looking for a product supporter that seeks an exciting opportunity within Bang & Olufsen’s After Sales Service organisation in a fast growing market. You will be working in a Global team of product supporter with base in Arlington Heights, IL.
Job description
The main objective of the Beocare supporter will be to support and develop the competence and quality level of our authorised Bang & Olufsen service distribution and dealers in North and South America.
The Beocare supporter has the responsibility for motivating, and support strategic partners in the service and retail distribution. Together with the individual partner - backed up by an international team of dedicated colleagues - the distribution always have access to support and knowledge

Job duties:
• Provide technical support via the phone and email to our network of authorised Dealers, Service technicians, Installers, and Customers
• Provide repair help to our technicians on in-home and bench repairs, on module and component level
• Setup and trouble shoot Bang &Olufsen AV systems and integrated 3rd party solutions
• Provide support of Bang &Olufsen installation and our new digital distribution network
• Compile qualified and adequate answers, which comply with the dealers or technicians expectations
• Handle warranty- and fairness questions
• Responsible to give feedback via call center software and learning loop
• The role will involve constantly updating owns knowledge via the many databases available, regular training via our on line training facility and attendance of training courses.

Development networks
The Beocare supporter will establish networking groups where retailers and partners in the service distribution discuss and deal with current and long term issues, new methods of improving customer satisfaction and sales.
The Beocare supporter will participate in Networking with the global Beocare supporters where they share “best practice” and get learning.
Once a year all supporter will participate in a seminar in Denmark where they will develop the Beocare support further.
Employment
The Beocare supporter will report to the Director of After Sales Service and be a member of a Global support team.
The employment of the Beocare supporter will be based out of our Regional office for North and South America in Arlington Heights, IL.
Some travel activity should be expected.
Qualifications
We are looking for a performance driven, outgoing individual who thrives in both team oriented and independent work atmospheres. Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills in English.
The position requires excellent trouble shooting skills, a degree in related field or experience with repairs and installation of consumer electronic and after sales ser-vice of audio and video equipment.
The position requires excellent IT skills to be able to support the new digital world that B&O are entering.
The position requires a person who is service minded and know what “sense of urgency” means for the customer.
B&O knowledge will be preferred
