Chicago-based company is seeking a sales/support team member with stellar communication skills both verbal and written. We are a virtual company with most employees telecommuting, but we operate similarly to a "traditional" office: employees work set hours (Mon-Fri, no nights or weekends, paid holidays, paid vacations, health/dental/life insurance, 401K, etc.) and use a Cisco IP phone (we provide), email, and iChat to stay connected. You must have the discipline to work from home, be able to work well with others, get tasks completed on time, have the ability to multi-task between daily work load and assigned projects, and exceptional writing abilities.
Your job will consist of taking inbound phone calls and helping customers choose the correct mobile broadband cards, routers, antennas and cell phones. You will also be responsible for providing support to existing customers on the products that we have sold. Finally, you will be responsible for writing reviews of new products, writing content on our web sites and helping to educate our existing and new customers.
Requirements: A high-speed internet connection and router are required to use our Cisco IP Phone (we provide phone). A reliable Windows and/or Mac computer is required.
