PRG serves its clients from offices located in Des Plaines, Illinois. We service a broad range of markets including: theatrical productions, concert tours, corporate events, trade shows, television and film productions, special events, and themed environments.
We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Des Plaines, Illinois offices. The primary function of the Project Manager is the oversight and direction of a project’s entire scope, manage to Account Executives budget; schedule all production services from project award through show completion and final invoicing.
Duties Include:
Project estimating; develop and maintain project costs/budgets;
Show advance, oversight & logistics;
Labor and technical personnel booking;
Sub-rentals and freight: bidding, purchasing and oversight;
On-site project management;
Equipment specifying;
Supervise and oversee project administration; P.O.s, payroll and invoicing;
Execute events;
Perform site surveys and develop show design;
Analyze labor requirements and fill positions for events;
Manage client relationships;
Communicate logistics with operations.
Required Skills
5 years tech experience
Demonstrated communication skills
Clear driving record
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
1 year experience with CAD drawing
Willingness to work outside regular work hours and travel as needed.
